P1.2 युरोपमधील फाइन पिच एलईडी स्क्रीन

Small pixel pitch LED screen is widely used like in central control room, traffic monitoring center, aerospace control room, televison station, led studio…ect. It has been developing so fast in China and had a dramatically growth in recent years. The overseas market has growing demand for this product as well.

 

Recently we built a new fine pitch LED wall, P1.2 with the size 3600mx2025mm.

This small pitch wall assembled by 16:9 aspect ratio panel with the size 600x337.5mm, 16:9 is the most popular aspect ratio which we can get the best visual experience by this aspect ratio, we have 6x6 panels for this wall, since the single panel aspect ratio is 16:9, the bigger size wall is 16:9 as well.

This cabinet is super slim and light weight, 3.8kg/8lbs is like feather light for a led video panel,  and the led panel thickness is 30mm/1.2” only which is one of the thinnest led video panels we can see in LED market, which lead the state-of-the-art manufacturing level in the LED industry. Since the shipping cost has been increasing dramatically this year, and it reaches to a crazy point currently, this slim LED cabinet with half weight and half thickness compared with the traditional cabinet, the same size wall need only 1/4 of the shipping cost now.

There is another special design for this cabinet, the connecting plate is embedded inside the cabinet rear side, not like the traditionally surface mount design, this “hide design” connecting plate doesn’t increase any thickness of the wall, it is totally even with the LED cabinet, which create a better looking slimmer led video wall.
